History for Lunch on October 18 featuring Jeff Hampton

History for Lunch: Corolla Wild Horses - A History

-
Register

Local journalist, Jeff Hampton, tells the stories of the wild horses of Corolla and their protectors, from roaming the Currituck Outer Banks for nearly five hundred years to the last four decades of dramatic changes in the area due to tourism bringing increased visitors and more traffic.

The Corolla Wild Horses staff will be available to share information on how, locally, we can continue to preserve this vital part of outdoor history.

History for Lunch is offered in-person and virtually via Zoom unless otherwise stated.
