Author LeVern Davis Parker will provide the history of the Creef-Davis family and their boats. The skills and traditions of boat builders George Washington Creef Sr., George Washington Creef, Jr., Ralph Davis, Vern Davis, and Buddy Davis are revealed in Parker's book with photos throughout.
Ms. Parker's book Our Family, Its History, Their Boats: Six Generations of Boat Builders in Dare County can be purchased in our Museum Gift Shop.
